Welcome to She Who Rages
A ceremonial rage room experience for women ready to release, reclaim, and rise.
This is not a networking event. This is not a mindset workshop. This is a sacred space to feel your anger, your grief, your fury—without apology.
You’ll rage. You’ll break things. You’ll come back to yourself.
What’s Included:
Before the Smash
We gather online for an intention-setting circle.
Expect breath work, a discussion around why smashing has a somatic release effect, the energy behind it, and a guided invitation into your own sacred rage.
You’re not alone in this.
The Smash Session
A private rage room with 8 women. Each woman gets:
Two bins of breakables
One shared large item (TV, printer, toaster, etc.)
30 minutes of a held container to release your primal rage.
After the Fire
A few days later, we return to circle. This time, to integrate. You’ll be held as you reflect on what was released, what was revealed, and what is ready to be reborn.

Your Guide, Audrey
I work with holistic entrepreneurs who are tired of the burnout cycle and ready to build businesses in integrity. But before any of that can happen, we have to feel the rage. I’m a physiological caretaker, homeopathic practitioner, and devoted spaceholder who has spent the past decade supporting women in deep, transformational work. I create rooms where women can unravel without shame.
This event is deeply personal, wildly powerful, and long overdue.

You must arrive on time. Doors will close at the scheduled start time. If you’re late, you’ll miss critical safety instructions and the opening circle—and you will not be permitted to join late or refunded.
There are no refunds or rain checks. Not because I’m heartless, but because this container is designed as a one-time, collective ceremony. We can’t rearrange 15 other women’s schedules. This is grown-ass woman energy. When you say yes, mean it.
And yes, actual emergencies happen. Life happens.
But if it’s “something came up” that could’ve been handled with a calendar or a conversation—this isn’t that.
