Meet Audrey

Audrey Thorp is first and foremost a mother
and the matriarch of her family.

She is a mother, wife, daughter, and sister.

She is an advocate for informed consent in all aspects of life.
Having experienced pregnancy loss, what the allopathic system would consider “infertility”, “autoimmune disease”, and “postpartum mood disorders” she has experienced first hand deep depravation.

The bulk of those diagnoses came from her not honoring her body, mind, and soul and her need for nourishment. Through extreme exercising and eating disorders, she tried to fit into a toxic culture narrative and was in her masculine space for the majority of her life.

After her most recent birth, she made the journey back home to her body with her intuition as her guiding light. She now honors herself as a cyclical being, and has since re-membered her health, and thriving life.

She has since dedicated her life’s work to women as they navigate their unique situations holistically from their menarche, preconception, birth, postpartum, menopause and beyond through here unique Inner Noble Strength Methodology.

She has walked with women on their sacred journeys for the past 15+ years.

I ask questions and listen so that you can discover your unique path. I recognize that everyone has a different and predestined journey and I honor those differences. I work with self-driven women, who take ownership of their decisions and actions.

I respect our physiologic truth and honor our divine design. I encourage listening to your intuition in all aspects of life.
I walk with women through modern rites of passage from menarche, birth, postpartum, menopause, and creative / business endeavors, and I do not save them from these experiences.

It is not my privilege to know the outcome of another person, and it is my honor to witness your journey.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is the medicine of the past, present, and future. This complete body of medicine sees you as a whole person and does not cover up symptoms like the allopathic system. The lens of homeopathy is so incredibly relevant for psychological, mental, emotional, and physical presentations, and bolstering who we are as our highest exalted self.

During our sessions, we may utilize homeopathy with through a feminine and intuitive lens that facilitates the adjustments you are looking to evoke.

Somatics

Your body communicates what your soul/vital force/qi is expressing. It is always working for you and in your favor, striving for balance. Through symptoms, body language, and how you present yourself to the world it is a wonderful tool to interpret what your soul is communicating with the world.
