I am first and foremost a matriarch.

A mother of three — all born at home. A wife. A daughter. A sister.

A woman who has known the grief of loss, the hunger of disconnection, the grind of trying to fit into systems that were never made for me.

I've experienced what the allopathic system might call infertility, autoimmunity, and postpartum mood disorders.

But what I really experienced was disembodiment.
Starvation of soul, nourishment, and truth.

I spent years overtraining, under-eating, and trying to outperform my body.

I wore a mask of strength while pushing through cycles

that demanded I slow down.

Eventually, I remembered:
I am not here to hustle my way to wholeness.

That remembrance — of rhythm, intuition, and truth — changed everything.
