An in-person immersion for holistic practitioners ready to move beyond
burnout and design a business that works with their natural rhythms — not against them.
For years, many women in service-based fields have been taught to
build their businesses around constant availability, endless client work,
and a productivity model that was never designed with their physiology in mind.
It works… until it doesn’t.
Until the work you love starts draining you.
Until your calendar owns you.
Until you realize the problem isn’t your discipline or dedication — it’s the structure you were taught to follow.
She Works Differently is an in-person immersion designed for holistic practitioners who are ready to (re)build a business that honors their real capacity, their rhythms, and the way women actually work.
Not optimized.
Not hacked.
Honored.
During She Works Differently, we’re exploring a different approach to regenerative business — one that aligns your offers, marketing, and client work with the natural rhythms of your body and capacity.
This is not going to be a lecture on how to do more.
It’s about knowing when to do what — so your work flows with you instead of constantly pulling against you.
When you understand your natural rhythm:
You stop forcing productivity when your body needs restoration.
You stop overbooking yourself into burnout.
You stop questioning whether you’re “disciplined enough.”
Instead, your business begins to move with you.

• Loves your work but feels the weight of constant availability
• Has built a business around 1:1 client work and feels the burnout creeping in
• Wants a structure that supports your life, your energy, and your nervous system
• Knows there must be a way to run your business that feels more sustainable
• Is ready to move from survival-mode entrepreneurship into something rooted and intentional
You don’t need another productivity system.
You need a business structure that actually fits the way you work.
What this work can Unlock
• Understand the natural phases of your energy and capacity
• Structure your work, marketing, and offers in ways that support those rhythms
• Stop forcing consistency that leads to burnout
• Design a business model that allows you to serve deeply without exhausting yourself
• Recognize the difference between true capacity and conditioned hustle
This is where strategy meets biology.
Because this is a live immersion, we’ll go deeper than a typical workshop.
Alongside the core teachings, there will be space for:
• Real-time coaching
• Business clarity support
• Shadow work around visibility, money, and burnout
• Honest conversations about what regenerative work actually looks like

This is not a lecture.
Audrey is a holistic business mentor, Existential Kink coach, homeopathic practitioner, and former autonomous traditional birthworker who has spent nearly a decade working with women’s physiology, cycles, and capacity.
Before stepping into the business mentorship space, Audrey worked as a birthworker supporting women and families across the full economic spectrum—from the highest tax brackets to those navigating government assistance. Her work centered around honoring the intelligence of the body and trusting women’s innate wisdom in birth.
Today, she brings that same lens to entrepreneurship.
As a holistic business midwife, Audrey helps practitioners build businesses that are rooted in integrity, reciprocity, and sustainability—rather than hustle and burnout.
Her approach blends practical strategy with deeper pattern recognition, drawing from her background in:
• Existential Kink coaching
• Homeopathy
• Nervous system awareness
• Cycle-based business design
• Embodied leadership
In live spaces, Audrey is known for her ability to track patterns in real time—helping practitioners identify unconscious conditioning, unravel limiting beliefs around money and capacity, and recalibrate their business structures to better support their lives.
Rather than forcing women into rigid productivity systems, Audrey teaches practitioners how to design businesses that work with their natural rhythms, honoring the reality that women are cyclical beings.
Her work is especially devoted to birthworkers and holistic practitioners, a field where burnout is common and the average career lifespan is only a few years.
Audrey’s mission is to facilitate these village-wise women
(re)build businesses that can sustain
both their work and their wellbeing.
From first-year practitioners to 10+ year veterans redesigning their model.
No. This work is about understanding and appreciating rhythms and capacity - not rigid tracking systems.
No. In short, if you are a female practitioner who sets her own hours - you belong here.
This immersion is open to all female holistic practitioners.
Your business should reflect that.
Join us for an in-person immersion where strategy meets the wisdom of
your body, your rhythms, and your real capacity.
