ZAEOA Private Membership Agreement

By joining ZAEOA Private Ministerial Association (“ZAEOA PMA”), you are entering into a private membership agreement.

This agreement governs your participation in any service, communication, content, or support offered through ZAEOA, and affirms that all interactions occur within the private domain, outside the jurisdiction of public law, regulatory agencies, or commercial oversight.

As a member, you agree to:

  • Engage as a private individual — not as a representative of any local, state, federal, or corporate body.

  • Receive services and support in a faith-based, private capacity, not as a commercial customer.

  • Refrain from sharing or reporting private domain activities with public agencies or institutions.

  • Honor the sovereignty of all members, and seek resolution of any disputes within the Association, through its appointed Trustees.

  • Understand that ZAEOA PMA is not operating in the public, legal, or commercial realm — and that this private agreement overrides any public contracts, licenses, or assumptions to the contrary.

  • Operate under the authority of Nature’s Law and Divine Right

As the Association, we:

  • Claim all protections secured by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

  • Reserve the right to accept or revoke membership at our discretion

  • Offer our services exclusively to members in the private domain


As a condition of membership, I agree that any proprietary content, educational materials, processes, session recordings, or business strategies shared within the Association are for members only and may not be shared, reproduced, taught, or distributed outside the Association without explicit written permission from the Trustees.

I understand that this agreement extends beyond the duration of my membership. My obligation to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of Association materials remains intact indefinitely.

I agree that by signing electronically (checking a box on a donation page), this serves as my lawful, binding signature equal to my handwritten signature on a valid and enforceable private contract.

I understand that this agreement with ZAEOA Private Ministerial Association becomes effective on the date of my joining the Association, including access to any website(s), course(s), content, or private member group(s).

I affirm that I have read this agreement in part and in full to my satisfaction, and I willingly enter into this private membership contract of my own free will, with full understanding and agreement to the terms.

ZAEOA is a Private Ministerial Association. All offerings are made available exclusively to members within the private domain. Donations support the mission of the ministry and are not tax-deductible.
