For over a decade, I sat with women at the two most honest thresholds

a body crosses... birth and death.

What I learned in those rooms didn't stay there.
SOMAtriarch is the same work, aimed at what you have unconsciously built,
your life, partnership, mothering, the body you live in underneath the one you perform, the business you built to try and hold it all together.

What led me here

THE SHORT VERSION OF A LONG STORY

  • I've known the grief of loss, the hunger of disconnection, the grind of trying to fit into systems that were never built for me.

  • What the allopathic world called infertility, autoimmunity, postpartum mood disorders, what I actually experienced was disembodiment and depletion.


    This manifested due to years of overtraining, under-eating, trying to outperform a body that kept begging me to slow down.

    I remembered something, eventually: I am not here to hustle my way to wholeness. That remembering is what SOMAtriarch is built on.

My Approach

You are your own ultimate authority. Your answers are within you, I help to translate and bring forth those answers.

I ask questions and listen so that you can discover your unique path. I recognize that everyone has a different and predestined journey and I honor those differences. I work with self-driven women, who take ownership of their decisions and actions.

I respect our physiologic truth and honor our divine design.
I encourage listening to your intuition in all aspects of life.

I walk with women through modern rites of passage from menarche, birth, postpartum, menopause, partnership, and creative / business endeavors, but do not save them from these experiences.

When we honor that physiology instead of overriding it, many of the struggles we normalize in this culture begin to fall away.

Homeopathy Psychology

Homeopathy is medicine that sees
the whole.

It doesn't suppress symptoms,

it translates them.

I use homeopathy as a bridge to your most vital, integrated self - supporting the emotional, mental, physical, & spiritual expressions of your healing.

SHADOW

Every stuck pattern was created by innate wisdom. It provides some secret comfort or safety even while it could be costing you everything else.

This isn't love and light.

Integration doesn't happen by transcending the shadow, or forgiving your way past it.

It happens through radical acceptance.

Own it fully, and the pattern loses its grip.
