Hi , I'm Audrey...
I’m a matriarch , a mother, wife, daughter, and sister — and the heartbeat of my work is walking alongside women as they birth lives and businesses rooted in their own wisdom.
My path hasn’t been linear, and I wouldn’t want it to be.
I birthed all of my children at home, navigated pregnancy loss, and faced what the medical world calls "infertility", "autoimmune disease", and "postpartum mood disorders".
I’ve also experienced the toll of overwork, perfectionism, and chasing an image of “success” that left me depleted.
Those moments weren’t my breaking points , they were my catalysts.
They pushed me to stop outsourcing my authority, return to my body, and honor myself as a cyclical being. Through that process, I rebuilt my health, my joy, and my sense of purpose.
