TRANSITION

Eight weeks of getting to the other side of yourself.

You know that thing you keep doing?

The thing you've analyzed, discussed, journaled about, blamed on your childhood, blamed on your mother, blamed on your ex, and promised yourself you'll stop doing?

yeah, that.

If we're being honest, you're bored with your own drama.

Otherwise, you wouldn't still be reading this.

You already know the story. You know the reasons.
You can probably explain your patterns in impressive detail...

and yet, here you are

Still having the same argument.
Still making the same excuses.
Still waiting for someone else to change.
Still talking yourself out of the thing you said you wanted.

At someplace your self-awareness becomes a hiding place,
and I am not going to help you decorate yours.

Welcome to Transition.

WHY it's called transition

Transition is the most intense phase of labor.

Women often say they can't do it, at this point.

And then she does.

If you've ever witnessed a woman in labor, you know there is a point when everything changes.

The woman who wanted to stay home suddenly wants to go to the hospital.

The woman who is already at the hospital suddenly wants to go home.

She wants out. She wants a break. She wants someone to tell her she doesn't have to do this anymore.

She does this because she is in the middle of something that cannot be completed by going back to the way things were.

That is why I named this work Transition.

There is a point in personal transformation when the old way of being starts to feel impossible, but the new way hasn't become familiar yet.

You know you cannot keep doing what you've been doing.

But the thought of actually changing it?

Well, that's a different fucking conversation.

The old pattern starts making its case.

It reminds you why you need it. Why now isn't the right time. Why you should wait. Why you should go back to what you know.

You start bargaining.

You want to leave the room, close the laptop, cancel the commitment, and return to the familiar discomfort you already know how to manage.

This is the threshold,

and the only way out is through.

I'm not going to promise that eight weeks will make your life painless. I'm not going to tell you that you'll never encounter these patterns again.

I am going to help you stop mistaking the discomfort of change for evidence that you cannot change.

You are not required to go back just because moving forward feels unfamiliar.

Let's talk about what is actually
happening.

You say you want to be more honest.

But you keep editing yourself to remain acceptable.

You say you want reciprocity.

But you keep participating in arrangements that take more than they give.

You say you want to trust yourself, to remember what it was like to have intuition.

But you keep looking for someone else to tell you that your decision is allowed.

You say you want something different.

But when something different becomes available, you find seventeen reasons why it isn't quite right.

Do you see the problem?

It's not that you don't know what you want.

It's that something in you has a very good reason for keeping things exactly as they are.

Until you get curious about that reason, you're going to keep having the same conversation with yourself.

Your pattern isn't the problem.
It's actually the thing you're getting something from.

That's the part most people don't want to examine.

Because it's much easier to talk about what happened to you than to look at what you keep choosing, protecting, tolerating, or recreating now.

We're going to look at both.

WHAT WE DO INSIDE TRANSITION

An eight-week live group container
where we work directly with the
unconscious patterns, beliefs, and
internal conflicts influencing how you
move through your life.

Not through another round of intellectual analysis.

Not by handing you a list of affirmations to repeat until you believe them.

We use live NLP facilitation, shadow integration, and group coaching to get underneath the surface-level explanation.

Better questions to get to the root of the pattern.

Find the competing needs.

We examine what the pattern is protecting, what it's costing you, but most importantly what it's giving you.

We'll work with your internal wiring that keeps pulling you back to the familiar.

THE EIGHT WEEK CONTAINER INCLUDES

I

SHADOW INTEGRATION

We look at the parts of your patterns you may prefer to explain away.

The contradictions. The hidden payoffs. The things you say you don't want but continue to participate in.

To stop letting them operate unquestioned - no shame attached.

II

PSYCHE FACILITATION

These sessions will include a methodology consisting of NLP facilitation to address the most common shadows that women like yourself are navigating.

These tools support inquiry into beliefs, internal conflicts, and recurring responses that may be influencing your decisions.

III

EIGHT LIVE CALLS

Two hours every Wednesday for eight weeks.

There is a certain type of magic that happens when women gather LIVE.

We work beyond the polished explanation and get underneath what's driving the situation.

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly articulated problem. You need to be willing to examine it.

IV

A PRIVATE COMMUNITY

Your group space lives inside your portal, away from social media.

No performing your transformation for an audience. No turning your personal process into content.

A private space to participate in the work.

AT THE END OF THE EIGHT WEEKS

What might be different eight weeks from now?

Imagine being in a situation that would usually send you straight to a familiar response.

Someone is disappointed in you.
You want something that feels inconvenient to someone else.
You have to mak a decision without knowing exactly how everyone will react.

You feel the urge to explain yourself, backtrack, accomoodate, withdraw, give disclaimers, or wait.

But this time, you recognize what's happening.

You can see the pattern without automatically acting out the default.

You can question the belief underneath the reaction.

You can consider a response that wasn't previously available to you.

That's the work.

WHO IS TRANSITION FOR

This is for the woman who is ready to participate.

You might be questioning your relationship with your family.

You might be learning to stop abandoning yourself in partnership.

You might be confronting the expectations you've inherited about what a good woman should be.

You might be navigating a change in identity, a major decision, or a familiar pattern that keeps appearing in different areas of your life.

You do not need a business, children, or a particular relationship status to belong here.

You need a willingness to examine your own responses and participate in changing them.

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You want me to make your decisions for you.

You want validation without inquiry.

You want to be told that everything you do is justified by what happened to you.

Or you want transformation to happen while you remain a spectator.

Your history matters. Your circumstances matter. The systems you have lived within matter... and your agency matters, too.

You are not responsible for everything that shaped you.

You are responsible for what you consciously
choose to do from this point forward...

ONE LAST THING

You don't need another person to explain your childhood to you.

You don't need another journal prompt asking what you're afraid of.

You don't need another beautifully worded reminder that you deserve better.

You probably already know.

But at some point, you have to stop confusing the
ability to articulate your patterns with the willingness to change them.

There is a moment when you have to stop bargaining with the old version of yourself.

A moment when going back starts costing more than moving forward.

A moment when you realize you can do the thing you keep telling yourself you can't.

That's TRANSITION

You're not going to feel ready for every part of it.

You're not supposed to.

But you are capable of moving through it.
